Swissvale Community Days Held this Weekend

Community Days is being held this Friday and Saturday, offering food, fun and more for local families.

The festivities begin at the field located on Schoyer Ave. July 5 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and July 6 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Festivities include:

• Live entertainment
• DJ Dink McCann spinning the vinyl
• Children’s tent with face painting, sand art and caricatures
• Dunk tank and Pie throwing booth
• Inflatable bounce house
• Local vendors
• Games galore

FRIDAY 6-10 p.m.
6 p.m. BIKE NIGHT featuring local motorcycle 
enthusiasts. Giveaways and photos for riders.
6:30 p.m. Living Spirit Praise Band (main stage)
8-10 p.m. EZ ACTION BAND (main stage)

SATURDAY 4-10 p.m.
4 p.m. Local DJ
5 p.m. K9 Demonstration featuring Brando
6-7:30 p.m. Miss Fredye and the Blue Faze (main stage)
7:45 p.m. Hula-hoop contest
8-10 p.m. ZOOT ISLAND- with Swissvale’s own Sal Ventura
10 p.m. FIREWORKS
