HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — With several months left in the 2024-25 school year, Haverford Township is looking to hire crossing guards to help kids to and from school safely.
Crossing guards are paid $45 a day and work three hours a day — one and a half hours in the morning and one and a half hours in the afternoon — Monday through Friday.
Crossing guards must have their own transportation, be able to work outdoors during the school year, and enjoy working with children.

Applications are available at the Haverford Township Police Station, 1010 Darby Road in Havertown.
