HAVERFORD-HAVERTOWN, PA — A new list has ranked the top school district in Pennsylvania, and the School District of Haverford Township has cause to be proud.
The Pittsburgh Business Times recently published its 2025 School Guide, ranking the state's districts based on scores from three years of PSSA and Keystone Exams standardized tests.
With those scores in mind, the School District of Haverford Township came in the top 20.

In fact, SDHT was No. 16 on the list.
That ranking is better than the 2024 ranking, which was No. 18.

The School District of Haverford Township was edged out by the Lower Merion School District, which was No. 3 on the list.
The Radnor Township School District was No. 4 on the list.
The top school on the list is Fox Chapel Area School District in Allegheny County.
