Taxes To Increase With 2024-25 Haverford School District Budget
If the School Board of the School District of Haverford Township adopts the 2024-24 budget, residents will see higher real estate tax bills.
HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Real estate taxes in Haverford Township could increase if the School Board of the School District of Haverford Township adopts the 2024-24 budget as it stands next month.
The board will move to adopt the budget at its meeting on Thursday, June 13. The meeting will take place at 7:30 p.m.
Should the budget pass, the district-imposed millage rate will increase from 18.1684 to 18.8951.

According to the district, a home with an assessed value of $346,434 will see a tax bill of $6,546, a $252 increase from the previous year, with the new millage rate.
Overall, the budget stands at $150.46 million in revenues and $154.52 million in expenditures.
