Meet The Eagles Cheerleaders From Bucks, Montco Headed To Super Bowl
The Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders will root for the Birds against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX.
PHILADELPHIA, PA —They will go cheer for their team in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX on Feb. 9, a squad of 31 women who make up the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders.
Four of those women hail from Bucks and Montgomery counties.
Cassie Boone of Horsham Township is a fourth-grade teacher who has performed with the squad for four years. She holds a bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph’s University and Master of Science in Education at Gwynedd Mercy University.

Boone said in her bio on the Eagles cheerleading page that she is passionate about working with children and positively impacting their lives through volunteerism.
She serves as a "big sister" with the Philadelphia chapter of the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America Organization.

"My favorite appearance as an Eagles Cheerleader was speaking on a panel hosted by the Philadelphia Eagles in conjunction with the NFL and Big Brothers, Big Sisters of America, to emphasize the importance of mentorship in the community," Boone said.
Ashley Hillis of Newtown is a squad captain who has cheered for three years.
Hillis is a marketing director for a public adjustment agency and has a bachelor's degree in professional studies with minors in dance and nutrition from West Chester University.
She is a volunteer tutor and dance teacher at a local community center, teaching underprivileged students the art of dance, her bio states. She also made an appearance with the Pennsylvania Ballet's "The Nutcracker" during the holidays.
"It was incredibly special to me because I used to perform in that show when I was younger, making it a full-circle moment to see my two worlds combine," Hillis said.
Kiki McCormick of Jamison is in her first year as an Eagles cheerleader.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in communications with a minor in Dance.
"I have worked at a boutique for two consecutive years which has allowed me to discover my interest in exploring new styles and fashion, as well as helping others to feel confident and empowered in their skin," McCormick said.
Alexa Monteleone of Schwenksville graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and political science from Temple University.
She has cheered for three years and works as an associate director of social media at Publicis Health.
"I am legally blind without wearing glasses or contacts. I've been wearing glasses since I was 2 and always wear my glasses while traveling to games, appearances, and practices. I only take my glasses off and put my contacts in just right before I'm about to appear, go on the field, or enter practice. The glasses come right back on afterward," she stated in her biography.
