Hatboro Borough Council meets Monday at 7 p.m. at borough hall, 414 S. York Road. The governing body is expected to adopt its long-discussed graffiti ordinance. Also before the council is a decision on the Jacksonville Greene conditional use application proposed for the former Cosmopolitan Motors, 301 Jacksonville Road.

The Hatboro Residents' Association is hosting a meet the candidates forum featuring Hatboro-Horsham School Board and Hatboro Borough Council candidates, as well as contenders for Hatboro mayor during its meeting Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Hatboro Baptist Church, 32 N. York Road.
