Candidate Questions
1. How do you feel about the borough's future development?
I feel like Hatboro has sat by and watched the revitalization of other local towns while letting our own town grow stagnant. Our residents have been expressing concern over empty storefronts, rundown buildings, and rental properties that have not been properly maintained. I feel hopeful that our recent and ongoing efforts in development will bring Hatboro back to the welcoming town we all love.
2. What are your thoughts on political violence in the country?
Political violence has no place in our country. We can disagree, but we have to do it with respect and through our democratic process.
3. What are the biggest challenges facing the borough?
One of the borough's biggest challenges in the future is balancing being fiscally responsible while also working with our residents on their vision for our future. We have a lot of passionate residents with great ideas on how we can improve our borough, but as a council, we have the difficult task of deciding which ideas can resposibly come to fruition.
