Father's Day: Local Dad Honored By Children

Leading up to Father’s Day on Sunday, Patch surveyed area residents and asked them to submit stories of fathers who were special to them.

About: “Our dad is our hero 100%. He fought for our country and still found time to talk to us and tell us he loved us every chance he got. After coming home from overseas he graduated from college to show us it is possible to do whatever you want whenever you want. There are a million ways to describe what a dad is, but the man in the picture, he is everything a dad should be. Caring, trustworthy, honest, and most of all loving. We wouldn’t be who we are without you daddy, we love you so much!”
