Female Horsham Police Detective Kimberly Ngo Spotlighted For Women's History Month

Kimberly Ngo, a police detective in Horsham Township, was recognized for her role in the community during Women's History Month.

HORSHAM, PA — A nonprofit advocacy organization in Montgomery County is highlighting the work of a local police detective during the month of March, which is recognized as Women's History Month.

Mission Kids Child Advocacy Center, which is based in East Norriton Township, recently did an interview with Horsham Police Detective Kimberly Ngo, who says during her job she tries to "provide healing by really listening to what victims and witnesses of crimes have to say without judgment."

That statement, which was posted to Mission Kids' Facebook page, continued: "I would like to think I promote hope by letting people know they have someone in their corner who is going to help them through this time in their lives and through the criminal justice system as their case moves through it. I truly care about every single victim in my cases. I let them know I am available for them around the clock, and I really do mean it."
