Two Cheerleaders From Hatboro-Horsham Recently Performed At The Citrus Bowl In Florida

Hatboro-Horsham cheerleaders Emma Davis and Neva Fullmer performed at the Citrus Bowl in Florida earlier this month. They're both freshmen.

HATBORO-HORSHAM, PA — Two local high school cheerleaders recently had the opportunity to show off their skills during a college football competition in the Sunshine State.

Emma Davis and Neva Fullmer, both freshmen who attend Hatboro-Horsham High School, traveled to Florida where they performed in the Citrus Bowl in Orlando on Jan. 1.

The two UCA All-American cheerleaders represented their school during the pre-game performance for the matchup between the NCAA Division I University of Iowa Hawkeyes and the University of Kentucky Wildcats, according to a news release from Varsity Spirit Special Events.

The teams who were invited to perform in the pregame performance were trophy winners from Universal Cheerleaders Association, University Dance Association, National Cheerleaders Association, National Dance Alliance summer camps and Urban Cheerleading Experience brands under the Varsity Spirit umbrella, according to the organization.

Team members such as Davis and Fullmer spent a week in Orlando rehearsing in preparation for their Jan. 1 performance during the Citrus Bowl.

The cheerleaders and dancers performed in front of around 60,000 fans during the college football game at the Camping World Stadium.
