HORSHAM, PA -- Clifton Moore Jr. will represent Hatboro-Horsham High School at the Philadelphia All Star Labor Classic at Philadelphia University.
The Classic is a high school basketball fundraiser sponsored by Philadelphia’s Organized Labor, that has raised over $2 million to benefit Blossom Philadelphia and high school athletes. Proceeds from the ASLC will benefit Blossom Philadelphia supporting programs and services to help serve children and adults with a spectrum of diseases, organizers said.
Four teams - a Suburban Boys and Girls All Star team, and a City Boys and Girls All Star team - will compete in the tournament.
Over the last 30 years, the ASLC has raised over $2 million and award more than 300 college scholarships to over 2,000 college-bound high school basketball players.
