Hatboro Police Department Receives Lifetime Award
The Hatboro Little League recognized the police department for 20 years of sponsorship.

HATBORO, PA — The Hatboro Borough Police Department and the Hatboro Little League have been linked for two decades. Now that relationship will be remembered for a lifetime.
During the Opening Day ceremonies last month of the Hatboro Little League, the police department received a Lifetime Sponsorship Award.
For over 20 years, police department employees have contributed out of their own pockets to sponsor a team.

Police members believe it is important for kids to get outside, be physically active, and participate in team sports.
This belief aligns with the league's statement on their webpage that reads…. “Hatboro Little League is more than just baseball and softball —it’s a place where children grow, friendships form, and the community comes together.”

"The Hatboro Police Department and its members are honored to be part of that community. Hats off to the many volunteers who come together all year to make Hatboro Little League a great organization," police said. "Your commitment to our youth is invaluable and is appreciated by us all.
