Horsham Township Welcomes Three New Police Officers

The Horsham Township Police Department has hired three new officers. It made the announcement during National Police Week.

HORSHAM, PA — This eastern Montgomery County community now has three new police officers patrolling its streets.

The Horsham Township Police Department announced the new hires on Thursday, toward the end of National Police Week.

The recently hired officers are Kimberly Brett, Theodore Hrycyszyn, III and Matthew Johnson.

Photos of the new officers were posted to the Horsham Township website and also shared on the township's official Facebook page.

The Horsham Township Police Department was found in 1951 and today has more than 40 sworn officers.

The department is run by Scott J. Fida, who was appointed chief of police in late 2021.
