Part Of Warminster Road Near York Road Will Soon Be Closed For SEPTA Rail Upgrades
SEPTA announced that drivers will experience detours in the area of the Hatboro Rail Station as crews perform upgrade work.

HATBORO, PA — Drivers are being warned of an upcoming road closure in the area near the Hatboro SEPTA rail station as transit crews prepare to perform upgrade work along the railroad tracks that carries the Hatboro-Warminster regional rail line.
SEPTA officials announced that beginning this Friday at 6 a.m. through April 11 at 6 a.m., South Warminster Road would be closed near York Road in Hatboro, with drivers being detoured along York and Byberry Roads.
South Warminster Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic at the intersection of the SEPTA railroad tracks so crews can remove and replace rail ties, rail tracks and panels.

During the construction period, shuttle buses will be available to take regional rail passengers between the Warminster and Willow Grove SEPTA stations, the transit agency announced.
SEPTA announced that the Warminster line would operate as normal on Friday but that during the weekend construction, the shuttle buses would begin transporting passengers between the two rail stations.
