Self-Storage Facility Rising At Former Joseph's Catering Property
The three-story building on Horsham Road is replacing the catering business of 50 years.

HORSHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — Throughout the township, construction is underway.
Near the Maple Glen Triangle, townhomes are being built behind the Key Bank. Meanwhile, off Route 611, a pickleball complex is wrapping up construction.
There's also the Miracle League Field working its way into a playing field on Horsham Road. Just down the street is another building rising from the ground, one on a familiar spot.

But now, the site is being transformed.
On this day on Horsham Road under cloudy skies, a self-storage facility is taking shape.
The facility at 901 Horsham Road is next to Hatboro-Horsham High School and will feature three stories and be a 120,000-square-foot building on 5.68 acres.
The building will be used for personal storage with businesses prohibited from storing equipment and such.
Street lamps will also be added along Horsham Road from Babylon Road to the far end of the high school property, developers said in a presentation to Horsham Township Council in March 2023.
It will feature 16 parking spaces in front, one access off Horsham Road, decorative street lamps, and new sidewalks. The site will be highly automated and well-secured with an office in the front for keycard pickup. Leases will also be monthly.
