Woman Charged With Drug Possession In Hatboro

HATBORO, PA — A woman wandering around on South York Road on Monday afternoon has been charged with drug possession, police said.

The Hatboro Borough Police Department responded at 4:20 p.m. on Monday to the 600 block of South York Road for the report of a suspicious person.

While at the scene, police officers encountered 36-year-old Elizabeth Johnson, who had an active arrest warrant out of Bucks County.

Johnson was taken into custody by police. She was found to be in possession of a controlled substance as well as drug paraphernalia, police said.
