Neshaminy School Evacuated Over 'Utility Emergency'

Students at the Maple Point Middle School are being dismissed on Wednesday after an issue at the school, officials said.

The Neshaminy School District said that firefighters and PECO utility personnel responded and declared the building to be safe.

Out of an abundance of caution, the school district is dismissing Maple Point students earlier than normal, school officials said.
