Stalking, More Charges Filed Against Wayne Man In Newtown Square Incident
A Wayne man was charged with resisting arrest, stalking, harassment, DUI, and trespassing in a Nov. 20 Newtown Square incident, police said.
NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA β A Wayne man was hit with nearly a dozen charges after Pennsylvania State Police said he was harassing two Newtown Square women.
According to police, the incident occurred at about 6:40 a.m. Nov. 20 on Ridgeview Road in the Newtown Square section of Edgemont Township.
Troopers were called to the area for a report of a man on a Ridgeview Road property.

They met two women, one 45 and the other 76, who told them a man was causing disturbance at about 4 a.m. that day.
The man, police said, was blaring a car horn and banging on the property's doors.

Troopers found the man β identified in court documents as Daniel C. Williams, 39, of Wayne β who refused to cooperate with police and was taken into custody.
During the incident, a $300 Ring camera was damaged and a 2023 gray Honda Civic was towed from the scene.
Williams, according to court documents, was charged with three counts of resisting arrest, stalking, harassment, DUI, defiant trespassing, vandalism, loitering, and disorderly conduct.
He was released on 10 percent of $25,000 bail and is scheduled for a Dec. 17 preliminary hearing, court records show.
