Moon Aqua Holds Lifeguarding Certification Class
The course includes CPR/AED/first aid training.
Moon Aqua Club will hold two sessions of a lifeguarding certification course in May at Moon Area High School.
One session begins Friday, May 3, and the second begins on Friday, May 10. The classes are conducted by American Red Cross-certified instructors Robert Dowd and David Valenti.
Cost is $250 and includes a book, equipment and other costs.

Applicants must be 15 years or older, have the ability to swim 300 yards freestyle/breaststroke and complete a deep-water brick test.
Space is limited. Payment and pre-registration are due on or before April 30.
