Mother Holds Infant's Head Underwater For Soiling Herself: Police

ROBINSON, PA — Upset that her 1 year-old daughter had soiled herself, Rainelle Wolf held her head under water in a Robinson hotel, police said.

Wolf, 22, is charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.

The alleged incident occurred at the Drury Hotel in Robinson last month. Wolf was staying at the hotel with her two children.

Another person, whom police have not identified, supposedly witnessed the incident.
