NEWTOWN, PA — A 19-year-old accused drug dealer from Philadelphia is charged with statutory sexual assault after police say he sold drugs to a Newtown teen, had sex with her and shared a video of the sex act on Snapchat.

Bahodir Jamolov pulled a handgun and held it to the girl's head on a separate occasion, police say, and in yet another incident was arrested in Penndel after an officer spotted him urinating in public and found large amounts of cash and marijuana in his vehicle.

Jamolov faces more than a half-dozen felony counts in both cases. They include statutory sexual assault of someone 4-8 years younger, corruption of minors, possessing child pornography and possession of drugs with intent to manufacture or deliver.

According to a police affidavit, a parent contacted Newtown Township Police in late January, saying her teen daughter had gotten sick the night before after taking drugs. The girl was taken to St. Mary Medical Center, where she was treated and released.

One of the teens told officers she bought the drugs from someone on Snapchat and met them at the Newtown Skate Park, according to police. During the interview, police say she identified another Snapchat account she had bought drugs from. Police say investigators found that account was run by Jamolov.

In February, the other teen told police she'd been buying drugs from people she met on Snapchat, including Jamolov, since October. She told investigators she'd had sex with Jamolov and an officer found a Snapchat video, recorded on Jamolov's phone, showing the two engaged in a sex act, according to the affidavit.

The girl told police that she told Jamolov had claimed to be 17.

The Newtown officer said that the Snapchat account associated with Jamolov advertised selling nicotine vaporizers, marijuana, psychedelic mushrooms, Xanax and cocaine.

The teen also told police that Jamolov had once driven her to a parking lot she believed to be near Yardley. There, several police cars drove by and Jamolov told the girl they were looking for him, she said.

He then pulled a handgun from the vehicle's console and pointed it at her forehead, she said.
A warrant was issued for Jamolov's arrest and he turned himself into Penndel Borough Police on March 20.

Jamolov already was facing drug charges after an October arrest in Penndel. According to an affidavit in that case, an officer saw Jamolov driving strangely on Lincoln Highway before pulling over, walking up a hill and starting to urinate.

The officer said Jamolov appeared confused and tried to hand him a credit card as his ID. He told the officer he had smoked marijuana three hours earlier, according to the affidavit, and showed the officer a vaporizer.

Officers searched the Nissan Sentra and found nearly $800 in cash, along with a backpack that contained two Mason jars and a plastic cup full of marijuana, along with a digital scale and plastic bags, the report said.

Jamolov did not answer officers' questions about the marijuana, according to the report, but it said his passenger acknowledged the two sell marijuana. While on the way to St. Mary Medical Center, police say, Jamolov asked if he could have his money back, saying not all of it was from selling drugs, only part of it.

Jamolov was charged with three felonies and three misdemeanors in that case and was released on non-monetary bail.
