In township negotiations with the borough, the borough's last offer was in the range of $113,000 to $118,000, while the township's counter offer was $200,000, according to Township Supervisor John Mack, who said talks between the parties became "difficult."
Once the amendment is drafted, the board will vote on whether to move forward with the schedule. If the borough decides not to pay an invoice, the township can take legal action against them to enforce the fee schedule, Sander said.
