Realtor Looking For The Best Holiday Light Displays In Bucks

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — In celebration of National Christmas Lights Day, a Bucks County real estate group is looking for the best illuminated homes in Bucks County.

The Kim Rock Group at Keller Williams has announced the launch of its 2025 Holiday Lights Decorating Contest, a community-wide event designed to spread holiday cheer and showcase the area's most festive, creative, and brilliantly lit homes.

Residents whose homes are already glowing, or who are putting the finishing touches on their holiday displays, are invited to participate for a chance to win a $100 gift card and earn community recognition for their holiday spirit.

Here's how the contest works:

• To enter, participants may submit a photo of their decorated home by emailing kimrockgroupcontest@gmail.com. Entries are due by noon each Friday in December (Dec. 5, 12, 19 and 26).
• Public Voting: Each Friday afternoon, weekly submissions will be shared on The Kim Rock Group’s Facebook and Instagram pages, where the community can vote for their favorite displays.
• Final Round and Winner Announcement: The four weekly winners will advance to the final round of voting, which will run from December 29 through Thursday, January 1 at 5 p.m. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on January 2.
• Prize: One $100 gift card will be awarded to the Grand Prize winner.
• Eligibility: Entries must feature the participant’s own home.
