Annual Mardi Gras Planned for Friday at the Ross Community Center
The parent booster group North Hills Instrumental Parents Association sponsors the event and raises money for the North Hills School District's instrumental music program.

There will be a Mardi Gras event from 7-10 p.m. Friday at the Ross Township Community Center to raise money for the North Hills School District's instrumental music program for students in grades four through 12.Â
The event will feature the North Hills High School and Junior High jazz bands.There will be free pie, a 50/50 raffle, basket raffles and silent auction items. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door for $5.Â

Held annually, the event typically draws about 400 attendees. The North Hills Instrumental Parents Association requests donations for the basket raffle and silent auction. (Those who donate will be acknowledged for donation in an event program given to attendees.)
