North Hills School District is Accepting Nominations for the 2012 Sports Hall of Fame
The honor is for those who distinguished themselves in athletics during and/or beyond their years at North Hills Senior High School or the former West View High School.

The is accepting nominations for its 2012 Sports Hall of Fame.
Nominations must be received no later than April 1.
This year marks the 17-year anniversary of the establishment of the district’s Sports Hall of Fame. Created in 1995, it honors individuals who have distinguished themselves in athletics during and/or beyond their years at or the former West View High School.

According to Activities Coordinator Chelle Zimmerman, inductees have brought pride and recognition to the district’s athletic programs and to the community as former players, coaches, administrators and supporters.
Michael Czerwien (posthumous), class of 2004; Greg Morris, class of 1988; David O’Keefe, class of 1996; Dave Weinerth, class of 1984; and Jessica Zapf, class of 2003.

Inductees will be announced in June and recognized during the annual Sports Hall of Fame dinner in the fall. Former inductees are encouraged to attend.
Nomination forms are available on the district’s website, www.nhsd.net, or by calling the Athletics and Activities Office: 412-318-1438.
Completed nomination forms should be forwarded to Activities Coordinator Chelle Zimmerman, North Hills Senior High School, 53 Rochester Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15229.
