North Hills Hockey Team Still Hopes For Playoff Spot After Loss

The North Hills High School varsity hockey team lost its only outdoor game of the season, 5-2, against the Moon Hockey Club Friday at .
The charity event is part of the UPMC/Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League High School Hockey Outdoor Charity Series and raised money for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
North Hills has a 2-10 record in the league, with nine more games left in the season. Of the 13 teams in the league, 10 will make the playoffs.

"There's growing pains," North Hills coach Brandon Dudt-Mulzet has said, referring to the fact that the varsity team is back after a year off.
