Ross Board Honors Michael Andrew Gumpf, the Township's Newest Eagle Scout
Gumpf, 18, is a member of Boy Scout Troop 181 and a senior at North Hills High School.
Ross Township Commissioner Dan DeMarco presented Eagle Scout Michael Andrew Gumpf with a plaque March 5.
Gumpf, 18, a senior at , is a member of Boy Scout Troop 181. Eagle Scout is the highest honor a scout can obtain.
"So often we only see the bad things that youth commit, and I feel honored to represent the good that my generation can bring to the future," Gumpf said, after thanking the commissioners for providing a great community to grow up in.
