West View Students Spend Monday Morning With Harlem Wizard Players
The team, known for its fancy footwork, tricks and athleticism, played ball with students and rallied spirits in advance of the game against the North Hills Playground Players.
A morning assembly at rallied students and teachers for tonight's game featuring the Harlem Wizards basketball team.
The team, known for its fancy footwork, tricks and athleticism, will play the North Hills Playground Players at 7 tonight in the , 55 Rochester Road in Ross Township. Â
The home team features a lineup that includes Bruce Fromlak, West View police chief and borough manager; North Hills School District Superintendnet Patrick Mannarino; and Judge Richard Opiela of Magisterial District Court 05-2-02.Â

Diane Oberst, an art teacher at Ross and West View Elementary schools and coach of the North Hills girls’ seventh-grade basketball team, is The Playground Players coach.Â
Assistant coaches are retired Ross Township police officer/DARE Officer Robert Muchenski and Johnny Angel, lead singer of Johnny Angel & the Halo’s. The North Hills eighth- and ninth-grade cheerleading squads will provide additional support.Â
Refreshments and merchandise will be available for purchase, and attendees will have the opportunity to attend an autograph session with the Harlem Wizards after the game.
