COLLEGEVILLE, PA — A Montgomery County couple was on the way to a Norristown hospital last week when traffic along congested Route 422 forced them to pull off at the Collegeville exit and delivery the baby themselves.
Kudcanai Kanyangarere was going into labor days ago, her husband, Paul Munyuki, at the wheel of their vehicle, when the couple was forced to pull to the side of the road and welcome their baby into the world themselves, according to a local television news report.
The Pottstown couple recently told their story to NBC 10 Philadelphia.
