Loya of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Earns Broker's License
Washington County resident Bonnie Loya earns real estate broker's license
George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, is pleased to announce that Washington County resident Bonnie Loya has earned her real estate broker's license. Loya, an associate broker affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Peters Township office, successfully completed extensive real estate educational courses and achieved sales goals to earn this license.

With more than 18 years of real estate experience, Loya has earned other designations such as Accredited Buyer Representative, Coldwell Banker Previews® International Property Specialist and Certified Relocation Specialist. She recently ranked as Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services’ No. 2 affiliated sales associate/team based on sales performance in 2015 and received the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award, a distinction reserved for the top 1 percent of approximately 85,000 Coldwell Banker-affiliated sales associates worldwide.
