Palazzo Presents The Marcellus Geology Series

A solo exhibition in contemporary mosaic art by award-winning and internationally exhibited artist Rachel Sager Lynch will take place Sept. 11 at Palazzo 1837 Ristorante from 6-10 p.m. 

The Marcellus Geology Series "celebrates the grit, the character, the beauty, that is...southwestern Pennsylvania."

The evening will feature complimentary appetizers and a cash bar in the tavern.

Lynch's brother, Matt, owner and operator of Palazzo, said the event is open to all those who appreciate art, people in the Marcellus Shale industry, or just anyone who enjoys a relaxing evening of socializing over cocktails. Wine, Belgian and German beers will be available, he said. 

In honor of Sept. 11, Lynch created a mosaic Betsy Ross flag, which will be on display as well.
