Prom Fashion Show 'Puttin' on the Ritz' to Be Held Saturday

Are you already making weekend plans? Add a fashion show to Saturday evening's itinerary. Sponsored by the Thespian Troupe 185 and the Thespian Backers, 50 models and 25 escorts from different schools, organizations, and various clubs and sports will showcase gowns and tuxedoes. Showtime in the auditorium commences at 7 p.m.; doors open at 5:30 p.m.

"Puttin' on the Ritz" will include gowns from Babette's Gowns, flowers from , tuxedoes from Tuxedo Junction, complimentary make-up from Mary Kay Cosmetics, complimentary hairdos from and much more, according to a release.

Attendees are invited to shop as well. Representatives from , , Silpada Designs Jewelry and Scheller Image and Design will be there. 

Giveaways and services will be offered such as a chauffeured ride to the prom in a Bobby Rahal BMW, an iPad, one month free membership to , a dorm-sized refrigerator, custom air brush tanning sessions, a digital camera, a laptop case and a handbag from Vintage to Vogue.
