Puppy Starter Class for Peters Residents

PUPPY STARTER CLASS
Maximum 8 dogs
Great class for the owner wanting to be educated about living with their new puppy. Helpful hints on housebreaking and feeding, teaching bite inhibition and dealing with all those puppy problems. This is a hands on class! Learn how to avoid future dog bites! Basic obedience included. Puppies must be 9 weeks to 16 weeks of age.
Day: Tuesday, September 30 – November 4 Time: 8:15 – 9:15 p.m. Fee: $90 Resident / $135 Non-Resident ($30 for non-handler auditors)
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL DOG CLASSES: All dog classes are held at the Peters Township Community Room, 200 Municipal Drive. (Back of the Police Station.) Instructed by: Deborah Miller-Gurchak and assistant Kelly Pontiere. Handlers and observers must be at least 16 years of age. Requirements: Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old and current on all vaccinations unless otherwise stated. NO AGGRESSIVE DOGS. The first night of class only, we will meet without dogs at 8:15 for a seminar.
