Police Report: Two DUIs and a Vehicle Theft

An update from the PTPD for Feb. 13 - 14.

Feb. 13, 3:22 a.m.; Justin Michael King, 19, of 101 1/2 Nokomis Drive in Washington, will be charged after results of a blood test return. King and three individuals, including two 15-year-old females, were stopped on Sugar Run Road, near Venetia Road. The officer observed marijuana residue in the vehicle, as well as signs of alcohol use. King admitted to drinking earlier in the evening. King's BAC levels were .01. King was transported to the Washington County Correctional Facility on county probation and is being detained. Both female minors were cited for underage drinking. Charges will be filed by summons.

Feb. 14, 7:05 p.m.; A 1988 Volvo was stolen from the parking lot of the  in Waterdam Plaza. The owner parked his vehicle around 8:45 a.m. and returned from work that evening to find his vehicle missing. The police department is encouraging anyone to call the police department with any information at 724.942.5030.
