Washington County Maintenance Manager, Adam Smith, announced the following tentative work plan for the week of October 13, 2014. All maintenance activities are conducted on a weather-permitting basis. Motorists should drive with caution throughout all work areas and be alert for signed work zones requiring the usage of headlights.
- Slide repairs will be performed on SR 2079 (West Malden Drive).
- Box culvert bridge replacement will be performed on SR 3023 (Old Brick Road).
- Patch potholes on I-79.
- Patch pipe crossing on SR 2011 (Fairfield Area) and replace pipe on SR 2002 (Vance Station).
- Shoulder cutting will be performed on SR 4037 (Ft. Cherry Road), SR 4021 (Company Farm Road), SR 4019 (Pleasant Valley Road), SR 2025 (Coyle Curtain Road), SR 2027 (State Street), and SR 2029 (Cherry Lane).
- Crack sealing will be performed on SR 18 (Henderson Road), SR 1065 (Courtney Hill Road), SR 8014, SR 1065 (Courtney Hill Road). Sealing of patches will be performed on SR 18 (Prosperity Pike).
- Signs will be updated, downed signs will be replaced, and work orders will be addressed on various state routes throughout the County.
