Now THAT's a Knife: Washington Cuts His Cake
George Washington celebrated his birthday at Valley Forge National Historical Park with a dramatic cake cutting Tuesday.
George Washington was born 280 years ago on Feb. 21, 1732. Tuesday's visitors at Valley Forge National Historical Park marked the day with "George and Martha" Washington.
The celebration featured an authentic 18th century birthday cake recipe ("minus the brandy") and a rousing rendition of "Happy Birthday" sung by the crowd of well-wishers.
