Phoenixville Teen Named National Merit Finalist

Russell Emery of Phoenixville, a senior at Devon Prep, has been named a finalist in the 2015 National Merit Scholarship Program, Devon Prep announced Monday.

“These young men are among 15,000 Finalists across the United States eligible to win one of the 8,200 available Merit Scholarships,” Devon Prep said in a statement.

Two other Devon Prep seniors -- Joshua Lieberman of Downingtown and Soham Bharne of Norristown -- also were named finalists, Devon Prep said.
