Winter Weather Advisory: Snow, Sleet, Freezing Rain in Forecast

Just when you thought all the snow had melted, along comes another winter weather advisory.

The National Weather Service said the advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. tonight (Tuesday) until 10 a.m. Wednesday for Allegheny, Butler, Beaver and surrounding areas.

From one to two inches of snow is forecast with a light glaze of ice possible from freezing rain, according to the weather service website.

Hazardous travel conditions are predicted because of the snow, sleet and ice.
