2 Arrested, 4 Firearms Recovered After Threats To Pittsburgh School
Police traced the alleged producer of social media videos that threatened the school.
PITTSBURGH, PA — A juvenile and an adult man were arrested Thursday and four firearms were recovered after police traced the source of social media videos in which threats were made to Pittsburgh Milliones University Preperatory School in North Oakland.
City police received information about the videos from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives through Pittsburgh Public Schools police. They were able to track the juvenile suspect to a residence in the 2100 block of Rose Street in the city's Crawford-Roberts neighborhood.
While watching the location, police saw a man leave the house and get into the passenger side of a U-Haul box truck. When officers stopped the vehicle, they found the man had a pistol on him with a 50-round drum magazine. After searching his backpack, the recovered a fully automatic switch for a Glock, ammunition, magazines and marijuana.

The juvenile observed in the videos later left the house and got into the backseat of a vehicle. Police stopped the vehicle and found the 17-year-old was possessing an AK-47 and two pistols. He was arrested an later released to the custody of an adult family member.
The man from the first traffic stop, Jackiel Young, 18, was arrested and transported to the Allegheny County Jail. Police said he faces multiple charges.
