2 Pittsburgh Restaurants Ranked Among Nation's Most Romantic

PITTSBURGH, PA — With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, two Pittsburgh restaurants have been ranked among the nation’s most romantic in 2025.

OpenTable, a free online reservation tool, just released its list of the nation's 100 most romantic restaurants. The list was compiled by analyzing more than 10 million diner reviews, along with diner ratings, reservation demand, percentage of five-star reviews among other factors.

The two Pittsburgh restaurants on the list are Altius and Monterey Bay Fish Grotto, both on Mt. Washington.

Regarding Monterey Bay, an AI-generated review summary stated that "the restaurant offers spectacular views and is a top choice for celebrating special occasions. Guests praise the
