7 Injured In Pittsburgh-Area Head-On Crash
A violent Pittsburgh-area head-on collision sent seven people to the hospital Monday.
LIGONIER, PA — Seven people were injured Monday morning in a head-on collision on Route 711 in this Westmoreland County town.
Five of those hurt were juveniles, WTAE-TV and WPXI-TV reported.
Two of the injured were airlifted from the scene, while the others were taken by ambulance to nearby hospitals.

Authorities told the stations that a yellow Porsche apparently crossed the center line and struck an SUV head-on. All of the juveniles were in the SUV.
