PITTSBURGH, PA — The Allegheny County Health Department has issued a consumer alert for Tan Lac Vein on Murry Avenue for numerous health code violations.

An inspection on Tuesday revealed fresh rodent droppings beneath a case of onions in the basement; in the furnace room; behind chest freezers in the basement; in insulation protrucing through a gap in the wall and ceiling; near a basement walk-in cooler; beneath a sink and along the wall in the dish washing area; and inside the cabinets of both deep fryers on the cookline.

Tan Lac Vien had recently reopened after the health department shut it down in November.
