Decades-Old Pittsburgh-Area Sports Bar Shutting Its Doors

ETNA, PA — Alioto's Restaurant & Sports Bar, known for its Italian cuisine and pub grub, is closing at the end of the month.

Alioto's announced the impending closure on the bar's Facebook page.

"The last day of operation will be Monday March 31st," the post stated. "Thank you so much to each and every guest for all the support throughout the years."

No reason for the closure was given.

Located on the corner of Grant Avenue and Dewey Street next to Pine Creek, Alioto's dates back to the 1970s.
