A Pittsburgh-area Sheetz will employ a chainsaw with its menu options for a day. Get the details here.

ALTOONA, PA — So this doesn't happen every day.
Altoona-based convenience store Sheetz is teaming with non-alcoholic beverage Liquid Death in a promotion right out of "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre." For a single day, a single Sheetz location in the Pittsburgh area will give customers the option to have their made-to-order sandwich sliced with a chainsaw.

The offer is available to patrons who purchase a sandwich and a Liquid Death beverage together.
“As a company, we are obsessed with staying ahead of the competition in the sandwich game. Naturally, chainsaws felt like the ultimate power move,” Ryan Sheetz, Sheetz executive vice president, said in a statement.

"No one has ever offered sandwiches sliced by a chainsaw—this is completely ridiculous, totally unforgettable and the kind of high energy fun our customers will love.”
The event will occur Friday from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. at the Sheetz store on Route 228 in Seven Fields, Butler County.
