Pittsburgh-Area Suspect Shot As Warrant Served
A Pittsburgh-area man wanted on a felony arrest warrant was shot by law enforcement agents on Friday, police said.
EAST VANDERGRIFT, PA — A man was shot Friday morning while the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task force was attempting to serve a felony arrest warrant at a residence in the 200 block of McKinley Avenue.
Pennsylvania State Police said the incident occurred at around 7 a.m. Shots were fired in the warrant serving attempt.
The suspect was taken to an area hospital. His condition is unknown.
