Person Shot Outside Ross Park Mall: Reports

Police believe there was a shootout outside the mall, WPXI reported, adding there is no active threat.

ROSS TOWNSHIP, PA — A person was shot Tuesday night in the area of Ross Park Mall, according to reports.

Crews rushed to the mall around 8 p.m., according to WPXI, which reported police were near the Nordstrom entrance.

Shots were fired, with a male taken to Allegheny General Hospital, WTAE reported, citing sources. The person suffered a gunshot wound, according to WPXI.

A vehicle was also damaged, WTAE reported, noting no one was immediately arrested.
