Vehicle Plunges Through Pittsburgh-Area Parking Deck

PITTSBURGH, PA — A man was rescued early Thursday after his vehicle crashed through a parking deck in Bellevue.
According to the Emsworth Volunteer Fire Company, crews from Emsworth, Avalon and Bellevue volunteer fire companies were dispatched to the parking deck shortly after 12:30 a.m.
Fire crews freed the driver from the vehicle. He was taken to an area hospital by Northwest EMS.
