Well-Known Pittsburgh Restaurant Closes

PITTSBURGH, PA — A popular city restaurant that evolved from a food truck operation is going out of business.

Terrene in Station Square made the closure announcement on social media and thanked people for their patronage.

The announcement stated:

"After seven wonderful years, we’ve made the bittersweet decision to close our doors at Terrene.

"To everyone who’s been part of our "journey — from the Chop Shop Salad Shop food truck, to Terrene — thank you for growing with us. Your support, your stories, and your love for good food and community have shaped who we are.

"To our regulars who became family, and to all who celebrated milestones, first dates, weddings, and everything in between within our walls — you’ve filled this space with life and laughter we’ll never forget.

"While Terrene’s chapter is coming to a close, this experience has inspired us as we look ahead to what’s next. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our story."
