Winter Weather Advisory Issued For Pittsburgh Area
Yes, more snow is on the way for Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania.

PITTSBURGH, PA — The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Pittsburgh and all of Western Pennsylvania from 4 a.m. Thursday to 4 a.m. Friday.
The weather service says expect snow accumulations of between 1 and 3 inches, with localized higher amounts in banding.
After a brief warmup on Saturday, brutally cold air will be moving into the region. Temperatures on Monday and Tuesday morning are expected to be below zero. Tuesday will be especially frigid, with a good chance the high temperature will be below 6 degrees with wind chills of more than 20 below zero.

According to the weather service, Pittsburgh has not seen a high temperature below 6 degrees in more than 30 years.
