DUI Checkpoint Coming To Whitemarsh Township This Weekend

WHITEMARSH, PA — Residents and those commuting through Whitemarsh Township are being warned of an upcoming DUI checkpoint.

Police with the Eastern Montgomery County DUI Task Force will be conducting a sobriety checkpoint this coming weekend in Whitemarsh Township.

The checkpoint and roving DUI operations will occur sometime throughout the weekend, but police have not released any more specific details on exact times and/or locations.

Police during these times will be looking for drivers who may be impaired by alcohol or other substances.

Police from the following municipalities make up the Eastern Montgomery County DUI Task Force:

Abington Township

Cheltenham Township

Jenkintown Borough

Lower Moreland Township

Upper Gwynedd Township

Springfield Township

Upper Dublin Township

Upper Moreland Township
